Every trip we plan starts with people, not paperwork. At Nepal Trip Services, we are a local team that loves Nepal and loves sharing it with travelers from around the world. Meet Sushil our Founder, Ashok our Managing Director, Labham our Travel Counselor & IT Specialist, Sudip our Travel Planner & Senior Guide, and Raj our Senior Trekking Guide, the people behind our trekking, tours and Himalayan travel experiences.

Together, we plan, organize and look after every journey, from your first question to your last goodbye in Kathmandu. We know Nepal’s trails, villages and mountains because they are our home, and we treat every traveler as a guest in it.

Sushil, Founder

Nepal Trip Services began with Sushil’s vision of showing travelers the real Nepal, with honest advice, careful planning and respect for local people and mountains. As Founder, he sets the values that guide everything we do: safety first, fair treatment for our crew and trips that benefit local communities.

Ashok, Managing Director

Ashok leads the day-to-day running of the company. He makes sure every trip is well organized, every guide, driver and lodge partner meets our standards, and every traveler gets a smooth, safe experience. If something needs attention during your trip, Ashok and his team make sure it is handled quickly.

Labham, Travel Counselor & IT Specialist

Labham is often the first person you will speak with. As Travel Counselor, he helps you choose the right trek or tour for your dates, fitness and budget, answers your questions about permits, gear, insurance and altitude, and builds an itinerary that fits you. As IT Specialist, he looks after our website, online systems and digital tools, so booking, inquiries and communication with you stay simple and reliable. He stays in touch with you before and during your trip, so you always have a friendly voice you can trust.

Sudip, Travel Planner & Senior Guide

Sudip plans your route and then walks it with you. As Travel Planner, he shapes your itinerary around your dates, fitness level and pace, and explains acclimatization, trail conditions, permits and the best season for your trek. As Senior Guide, he leads our groups on the trail, keeps an eye on your health and safety at altitude, and shares the stories and culture of the villages you pass through. You have one trusted person from the first planning conversation to the last day of your trek.

Raj, Senior Trekking Guide

Raj is one of the people you will spend the most time with on the trail. He leads our groups at a comfortable pace, watches your health and safety at altitude, and adjusts the plan when weather or trail conditions change. He knows the routes, teahouses and villages, shares the local culture and the best mountain viewpoints, and works with our porters and support crew so lodging, meals and logistics run smoothly. You can focus on the walk and the scenery.
