Ashok is the Managing Director of Nepal Trip Services, a local travel company based in Thamel, Kathmandu, that organizes treks, tours, helicopter services and custom journeys across Nepal.

If Sushil, our Founder, set the vision for the company, Ashok turns that vision into daily reality. He leads the day-to-day running of the business and makes sure every promise we make to a traveler is kept on the ground, from the moment you land in Kathmandu to the moment you fly home.

• Leads the team. He guides our office staff, field team and partners toward one goal: a safe, comfortable and memorable journey for you.
• Protects the quality of every trip. He makes sure every itinerary is well planned, every guide, driver and lodge partner meets our standards, and every detail is checked before you travel.
• Manages safety. Weather, flights, road conditions and altitude can change plans. He and his team monitor conditions and always put safety ahead of schedule.
• Keeps operations running. Flights, transfers, permits, hotels and helicopter bookings all need to fit together. He keeps them organized so you don’t have to worry.
• Cares for our crew. A good trip depends on a well-treated team, so he makes sure our guides, porters and staff are respected and supported.
• Builds strong partnerships. He maintains relationships with trusted lodges, hotels, airlines, transport providers and local communities.
