Sunil – International Representative, Finland

Sunil is the Finland representative for Nepal Trip Services. He connects travelers in Finland and the Nordic region with our team in Kathmandu.

Sunil knows Nepal from the inside, and he also understands what travelers from Finland look for in a holiday. He helps guests plan their journeys with confidence, whether that’s a first cultural tour of Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan, a Buddhist pilgrimage to Lumbini or a trek in the Himalayas. He’s a familiar, friendly point of contact close to home, and he works hand in hand with our Kathmandu office to keep every detail clear and well organized.

For trekkers, Sunil is a great first step toward the mountains. He’ll help you choose the trail that suits you, from the short and scenic Poon Hill Trek to classic adventures such as the Everest Base Camp Trek, the Annapurna Base Camp Trek, the Langtang Valley Trek and the remote Manaslu Circuit Trek. Whether you’re a first-time hiker or an experienced mountain walker, he’ll make sure you feel prepared, confident and excited for the trail ahead.

How Sunil can help you:

• Trip planning: He’ll help you choose the right tour or trek for your interests, travel dates, budget and fitness level.
• Trek advice: He’ll walk you through trek difficulty, daily walking hours, altitude and acclimatization, so you can pick the trail that’s right for you.
• Permits and preparation: He’ll explain the trekking permits you need, the best trekking seasons, and how to get ready physically before you go.
• Gear and packing: He’ll share practical tips on what to bring, from boots and layers to sleeping bags, plus what you can rent or buy in Kathmandu.
• Answering questions: Ask him about Nepal’s seasons, visas, travel insurance, packing and what to expect on the ground.
• Tailor-made itineraries: He passes your wishes straight to our Kathmandu team, so your private trip or trek is designed around you.
• Booking support: He’ll guide you through confirmations and payments, and help you prepare for departure.
• A local link before and after your trip: Contact him in Finland whenever you need help, before you leave or after you return home.

For Sunil, travel is about more than sightseeing. It’s about building real connections between people and cultures. His goal is to help every guest from Finland discover the warmth, beauty and spirit of Nepal, whether among its ancient temples or high on its Himalayan trails, and to come home with memories that last a lifetime.
